Absence
chapter 3
How does one quantify
the fullness in the nothingness
within the mind
Make it make sense
for what sense does it make
when reality becomes blind
What seems here
is also there
creating
embracing
is the blankness of the stare
Shapeshifting
manifestations
bare witness
to receptive perspectives
Life lives on
but is it fair
Thoughts …. that matter
matters …. once facts
warped and folded
fabrics of space-time
Sublime is the mind
that wonders off
Free from constraint
Free to roam
A journey inward
racing toward home
Absence
✨Be the Light

It is difficult seeing our loved ones fade away.
It is hard on those, too, who stay.
Yes, the mind roams. Ours, theirs. Some say what's on theirs, some quietly endures.
I'd like to think, that it's best to be aware and then just go to sleep.
That'd be my preference.
Your poem made me think and remember.
I thank you for that.

Nice and unique writing. I like it.
