Dear John,

Not too long ago there walked men of honor such as you.

Who stood with integrity and said, “No Mame, that is not true.”

We may disagree on policy, but I can assure you

Obama is a good man whose blood also runs red, white and blue.

At times like this, I wish… you still walked upon the ground.

For you would have bravely rose and gave that bill the thumbs down.

The country grieved as they tried to hide and erase your name.

The party of Lincoln now cowers to ignorance forever soiled in shame.

Fascist have infiltrated the People's house and plated it in gold.

Desecrated Congress and the Supremes, their court they have sold.

Justice has been weaponized her virtues revamped.

Liberty weeps… yearning to breathe, her masses now encamped.

To close, We the People, who still yearn to be free.

Honor all who served this country, in reverence we take a knee.

For the people - By the people - tyranny will not reign.

As long as there are men like Senator John McCain.
