No it’s not your fault. Her blaming you for yelling at her is herself blaming herself. She’s yelling at herself. I know.. I’ve been there, always thinking people are mad at me. How old is she? Old enough to get her own place?

I asked my daughter permission to share such a person story and she said absolutely if it could help somebody in her position like she was in or a parent who was trying to be supportive yet held the line of accountability. She understood they were my emotions seeing her go through a dark period in her life.
