Your piece Light Within the Darkness! It carries such raw beauty. The line “I have walked in the darkness where there was not light” stayed with me. It is rare to see pain translated with that much clarity. You just write with such truth and grace.

Thank you for sharing this story. It's so sad when things end abruptly for someone that we were connected too.

The closure is usually never there. It sounds like you've come to grips with it for the most part anyhow.

Yes, I do believe our relationship has been fully laid to rest. Writing about him openly, honoring what was and what love remains is a release, freeing both of our souls to higher vibrational awareness, is my thoughts. Lighting the way out of the darkness. 💫
